Alex (Jibeom) Kim, CEO

Mr. Kim has worked in the animal industry as a specialist in animal feed and related businesses for over three decades, starting his career with the Korea Animal Improvement Association in 1991.
Mr. Kim currently oversees the production and customer support divisions of EASY BIO, as well as I-feed, a leading brand for specialized piglet feed in South Korea, and contributes to the development of differentiated products and programs through innovative management strategies.
Mr. Kim earned a B.S. in Animal Science from Seoul National University, South Korea in 1991 and was given the ‘Exemplary Taxpayer Award’ in 2019 as the CEO of EASY BIO.

Stevenson (Ilhwan) Hwang, CEO

Since joining EASY BIO in 1999, Mr. Hwang has also worked at Kemin Industries as a specialist in the animal industry. Since 2006, he has led the feed additive business and international business of EASY BIO.
As the CEO of EASY BIO, Mr. Hwang oversees Pathway Intermediates, the business division for feed additives. He also serves as CEO and A Member of the Board for the local subsidiaries in the U.K., U.S.A., and Thailand to ensure that the innovative solutions of EASY BIO reaches global markets.
Mr. Hwang earned his B.S. in Animal Science from Seoul National University, South Korea in 1997 and an M.S. and a Ph.D. in Ruminant Nutrition from the same university. He earned his MBA in 2012 from the IGM (Institute of Global Management).

Jongcheol Kim Managing Director and Head of FSBU

Starting as a consultant in 1991, Mr. Kim has worked on the front lines of the animal industry in South Korea for over a decade and helped resolve the issues faced by many animal producers.
Since joining EASY BIO in 2002, Mr. Kim has become a Managing Director and Head of FSBU who oversees I-feed, South Korea’s leading brand for specialized piglet feed. He places focus on the front lines and brand marketing. Since the launch of I-feed in 2004, Mr. Kim has played major roles in sales and marketing and established an R&D system where ‘eating, mixing, feeding and weighing’ what was developed is the norm. Large-scale in-house trials have also been touted by Mr. Kim which led to a public announcement of the standard feed intake of piglets in South Korea, presenting a new standard for the animal industry in South Korea and also bringing farmers closer to success.

Daegyu Min Executive Director and Head of the Jiksan, Ipjang, and PII plants

Mr. Min has conducted years of research at EASY BIO’s Bio-Resource Institute. He has been contributing to the production of solutions in the animal industry by applying the research findings to the production and quality management of animal feed and additives.
As the Head of EASY BIO plants, Mr. Min oversees the general operation, production, quality, asset and risk management at Jiksan and Ipjang plants. In addition, he is in charge of adopting cutting-edge technologies to stay in tune with the 4th industrial revolution to safely and efficiently produce specialized piglet feed and feed additives.
After earning a B.S. in Microbiology and Food Engineering (Fermentology) at Dankook University, South Korea, Mr. Min received a Ph.D. in from the Graduate School of Business Admnistration of the same university. He was also awarded by the Governor of Chungnam Province in 2013 and the Beomjeong Academic Thesis Award of Excellence in 2018 and an Award of Excellence for Doctoral Theses given by the Korea Research Academy of Distribution and Management.

Danny ChoManaging Director and Head of PathwayBU

Mr. Cho, with his over 20 years of experience in the animal industry, has joined EASY BIO after more than 10 years at CTC BIO as a specialist in the sale and marketing of feed additives.
Mr. Cho, as the head of PathwayBU, oversees the sale and marketing both in South Korea and abroad for Pathway Intermediates, the business division of EASY BIO for its feed additives. By providing innovative feed additives based on science and studies, Mr. Cho is contributing to a sustainable future for the industry.
After earning a B.S. in Animal Science from Konkuk University, South Korea, Mr. Cho earned an M.S. in Ruminant Physiology and a Ph.D. in Poultry Nutrition from the same university.

Kate KangPathwayBU IT Strategic Management Team Director

Ms. Kang is an IT specialist with expertise in one of South Korea’s best feed formulation software. With over 30 years of experience in the field, Ms. Kang has overseen the establishment and upgrading of an ERP software at Woorison F&G and Maniker’s Cheonan Plant (formerly known as Seonghwa Foods) which are sister companies of EASY BIO.
Ms. Kang is presently the IT Strategic Management Team Director of PathwayBU and as such is responsible for the establishment of an ERP software and upgrade at EASY BIO, adoption and servicing of Format Solutions, South Korea’s first feed formulation software that helps save costs while producing high quality animal feed.
Ms. Kang has completed the Real MBA for Industry 4.0 program offered by MaeilBusiness Newspaper.

Johnny KangPathwayBU National Business Division Director

Mr. Kang with his over 15 years of experience in the animal industry oversaw marketing at Daeho Co. Ltd. for 10 years, identifying new business opportunities and developing new products.
Since joining EASY BIO, Mr. Kang has been overseeing the national business of Pathway Intermediates, the business division for feed additives. Through organic collaboration with the marketing department and the corporate research institute, Mr. Kang has contributed to supplying solutions based on science and providing added value to customers for environmental friendly animal industry and mutual growth with customers.
Mr. Kang has an M.S. in Feed and Nutritional Science from Konkuk University, South Korea.

Ron KimHead of Bio-Resource Institute

Mr. Kim constantly researches and develops core technologies for developing high-value-added products by using biotechnology and creating future-oriented value.
Mr. Kim is currently the head of EASY BIO Bio-Resource Institute, contributing to the development and verification of innovative solutions for the livestock industry such as the analysis of feed additives, ISO/IEC 17025 accreditation, etc.
After earning a master’s degree in Microbiology, Mr. Kim earned a Ph.D. Animal Resources Science from Dankook University. Also, he completed the MBA course at the IGM World Management Institute in 2022.

Jihoon ParkifeedBU Morning on the Farm Division Director

With over 20 years of experience in South Korea’s animal resource industry, Mr. Park is a specialist in animal feed and specialized feed for piglets in particular. He joined EASY BIO after working four years at AT Feed.
After serving for multiple years as a Sales Team member, Product Manager, Marketing Team Lead and Sales 2 Team Lead for I-feed, Mr. Park is currently the ifeedBU Morning on the Farm Division Director to chart a new path for the brand’s growth.
Mr. Park has a B.S. from the Department of Animal Science at Seoul National University, South Korea.

Paul ShinGlobal Business Planning Division Director

Since joining BASF Korea in 2003, Mr. Shin has worked in the sale of feed additives. After joining EASY BIO in 2007, Mr. Shin has become involved not only in sales but also in finance, accounting and overall management of the company to become a specialist in the business management of solutions in the animal industry.
At present, Mr. Shin oversees the Global Business Planning Division of Pathway Intermediates, a business division of EASY BIO for its feed additives, to carry out the registration and export of products, supply of ingredients, management of intellectual property rights and overseas business partners, establishment of overseas subsidiaries and business consulting, to help Pathway become a leader in the industry.
Mr. Shin has a B.S. in Animal Science and an M.S. in Animal Nutrition from Korea University, South Korea.

Hongbeom YeomFinancial Support Division Director

Mr. Yeom is a specialist in sales management and credit with over 20 years of experience in South Korea’s animal resource industry. After working at Purina. and AT Feed, Mr. Yeom joined EASY BIO.
As Financial Support Division Director at EASY BIO that sets a new standard for the biological resource industry, Mr. Yeom is working hard towards efficient sales, credit management and customer satisfaction based on the core values of EASY BIO, namely Think New, Keep Challenge and Share value.
Mr. Yeom has a B.A. in Business Management from Namseoul University, South Korea.

Wanggu LeeifeedBU Sales Division Director

With over 14 years of experience in the animal industry, Mr. Lee is a specialist in solutions for piglets. He has worked towards producing healthy piglets by drawing on his expert knowledge and first-hand experience with the digestion, physiology, growth and development of piglets.
Mr. Lee currently oversees the ifeedBU Sales Division, South Korea’s leading brand for specialized piglet feed. Based on a firm belief of Homo Proponit Deus Disposit that when one does his best, the rest is taken care of by the universe, Mr. Lee has presented a new standard for specialized piglet feed and conducted training on the latest technologies and knowhow. Mr. Lee’s latest plans include aggressive foray into international markets including Southeast Asia by leveraging the advanced technologies of South Korea’s animal industry for further growth on a global scale.
Mr. Lee has a B.A. in Swine Nutrition.

Hanbae LeeGlobal Management Academy Team Director

Since joining EASY HOLDINGS in 2012 and working on research and development in swine for many years, Mr. Lee joined EASY BIO in 2018 to expand global business by marketing and managing technical support in the feed additive business.
Mr. Lee was dispatched to Furst McNess Company, a U.S subsidiary of EASY BIO in 2021 and has been in charge of strategic planning, and corporate management so far, contributing to the global growth of EASY BIO.
Mr. Lee has a B.S. in Animal Science and M.S. in Non-ruminant animal nutrition from Seoul National University, South Korea, and earned a Ph.D. in Immunonutrition from Virginia Polytechnic Institute and State University, United States.

MinSung YoonifeedBU Marketing Director

Mr. Yoon has been incorporating innovative technologies into field solutions of the industry through constant academic research for the sustainable development of South Korea’s swine industry.
Since joining EASY BIO in 2005, Mr. Yoon has been in charge of developing piglet feed, marketing feed additives, and serving as the Marketing Director at Farmstory Dodram B&F.
Mr. Yoon has led the growth of ifeed, South Korea’s leading brand for specialized piglet feed, and presented a new standard for South Korea’s swine industry through eco-friendly activities.
After earning a B.S. in Animal Science from Seoul National University, South Korea, Mr. Yoon earned a Ph.D. in Animal Nutrition from the same university.

Hyun LeeifeedBU Northern Business Division Director

Mr. Lee is a swine expert with more than 19 years of experience in the livestock industry, joining EASYBIO in 2006 and currently overseeing ifeedBU Northern Business Division.
Mr. Lee is striving to create competitive new values by providing innovative technologies, products, and services for the success of Korean swine farmers, and as a prepared swine expert, he is ontributing to the success of customers by presenting new standards in changing times.
In addition, Mr. Lee is actively fostering swine experts with attentive listening, field-oriented, and positive passion, which are the core values of ifeedBU.

Hongki Seol Financial Management Division Team Lead

Mr. Seol is a financial accounting expert with more than 20 years of experience. He joined EASY BIO (now EASY Holdings) in 2009 before splitting the company and serving as the Financial Management Division Team Lead.
Mr. Seol contributes to EASY BIO becoming a global leader with advanced management systems and culture by focusing on building a transparent and sound corporate culture and financial structure based on his long-standing expertise and capabilities in accounting, tax, funds, and disclosure.

Eric Kwon Global Management Academy Team Director

Eric Kwon joined the International Business Division of EASY BIO in 2016, overseeing feed additives business operations in North and Latin Americas. Leveraging years of experience in international business within the Americas, in 2019, he was seconded to the Midwest region of the United States to contribute to the establishment of Pathway Intermediates USA, a subsidiary of EASY BIO, thus facilitating the continuous growth of the animal feed additives business in North America.
Mr. Kwon holds a Bachelor's degree in Animal Science from Seoul National University, South Korea, and a Master's degree in Ruminant Animal Nutrition Physiology from the same institution. In 2016, he earned his Ph.D. in Ruminant Microbiology from the University of Illinois Urbana-Champaign, United States.

Within six hours of the incident’s occurrence, a ‘safety incident report’ based on who, what, where, when, why and how is drafted to prevent recurrence.
