Pathway Intermediates, EASY BIO’s integrated brand for feed additives, experiences amazing footfall at VIV Europe 2022

At VIV Europe, the Pathway team showcased their flagship product Lipidol Ultra, and newly launched Lipidol Gold, however many conversations were also involving products such as YeaMune-UP, Q-Life and our enzyme concepts. It allowed the team to really connect with the industry, and it showed the importance of physical presence and face to face meetings. The industry has always been about interpersonal relationships, and it shows. A smile, a handshake, and a coffee.
Edward Youngman (CEO, Pathway Intermediates Limited) said “It was great opportunity to meet customers after the COVID-19 restrictions. There was a great atmosphere and buzz to the event. It was clear the industry was eager to get back to normal with great footfall on the stand.”
There were many meetings with current customers, who wanted to share their experience with Lipidol Ultra and have more in depth technical discussion with the team.
Phil Vernon (Nutritionist and Area Manager, and European Product Manager Lipidol®) said “It was a perfect opportunity to explain to new and potential customers how Lipidol works and how it can help in cost savings and reduce soya usage. There were many visitors to the stand who had been on the Pathway website and actively sought us out to see how we could contribute to their feed concept. It was great to make so many new connections.”
Pathway also wanted to reinforce the company message that science is behind everything we do and in attendance was Nathan Johns (Senior Molecular Biologist, Pathway Research Centre). “It was a perfect opportunity to see real time industry requirements and learn about the issues real people are facing now. From working in the R&D lab in the UK, it was great to see how well the products we develop are being used and receive direct feedback from end users. All of this helps towards the creation of exciting and innovative products for the future.”
Edward Youngman’s final thoughts were “It is clear that there are benefits to both our customers and Pathway when we can connect on a personal basis, and we look forward to attending future events where we can continue to service the industry.”
