Pathway Intermediates, EASY BIO’s integrated brand for feed additives, successfully hosted the 7th Solution Creation University (SCU) from November 8th to 10th, 2023. This event marked the return to in-person sessions after four years since the onset of the COVID-19 pandemic and commemorated the 7th edition since its inception in 2016. Global members including Bangladesh, China, Thailand, Vietnam, the UK, and the US, attended the event. They engaged in educational sessions and shared experiences and knowledge.
During this event, external speaker Hye-hyung Park was invited to present on the theme DEIB (Diversity, Equity, Inclusion & Belonging). This provided an opportunity to contemplate establishing correct relationships concerning diversity, inclusivity, and a sense of belonging within the organization thus aiming to construct a horizontal organizational culture.
Additionally, during the SCU, Pathway Intermediates organized various programs including regional issue presentations, current status briefings, and successful case studies. These programs aimed to share knowledge, information, and experiences about the global livestock market, providing an opportunity to enhance the expertise of all Pathway members.
Dr. Stevenson Hwang (CEO, Pathway Intermediates) mentioned, "The 7th SCU was a profoundly meaningful gathering after a staggering four year hiatus due to COVID-19." He further emphasized, "Despite continuous crises such as pandemics, climate crises, economic downturns, and wars over the past four years, we have achieved much. However, to continue growing amid forthcoming challenges, we need to recheck if our foundation is robust enough."
SCU is an annual competency enhancement program held for Pathway members, significantly contributing to improving members job skills and enhancing a sense of belonging since its inception in 2016. Pathway Intermediates, EASY BIO’s integrated brand for feed additives, pledges to continue conducting various educational programs, including SCU, to continually strengthen the capabilities of its members and dedicate efforts to developing solutions and sharing values for the future.
